Onhold Studio transports a Courier Company based in the North of England into the 21st Century with a state of the art VoIP phone solution.

A popular Courier Company in the North of England approached Onhold Studio as they wanted to improve its telephone image to callers whilst on hold and attract larger businesses to their company.

Onhold Studio was able to turn their VoIP telephone system into an effective sales and marketing tool by creating a powerful, impactful suite of audio messages for their new phone installation.

A variety of handsets for different applications including DECT (Digital enhanced cordless telecommunications) phones for warehouse spaces

We've worked with Onhold Studio for 2 years, having chosen a contract to produce audio messages for 2 businesses. Firstly, they were negotiable to adjust the plan to our needs and have been kind to give a good will gesture for something that was out of the contract.
