With the Christmas season looming, things can start to get a little hectic for your business. If your staff are working reduced hours over the festive period then don’t forget you may need to make changes to your telephone welcome message or to how calls are routed during the holidays.
If there is no cover within the office at any time over the festive period, you may want to forward calls to a mobile number, an alternative extension or put a message on your telephone system advising your customers when someone will be able to return the call.
The most successful businesses never miss an opportunity to impress their unique brand identity on their clients. Don’t miss your opportunity to keep your customers informed of opening hours and other key information over the festive period.
