What was the task?

Openhouse had a couple of small online shops selling similar products, but what they really needed was one large online shop containing everything they have to offer. This not only involved the creation of an entirely new online shop, but also a complete redesign of their website. When visiting Openhouse’s homepage it wasn’t immediately apparent that they sold their products through an online shop. They wanted this aspect to be unmissable to visitors, so to maximise exposure and sales.

We helped generate traffic to the new site by designing and delivering email marketing and running social media campaigns.

How did we help?

We immediately began working on the design of the new website. Openhouse needed a smart, professional and corporate looking site, so to appeal to the high-end and international clients they’re used to dealing with. We also worked on gaining the immediate impression of their website being an online shop that they were looking for. By including the types of features you would expect to find in the header of an online shop, such as a search bar for products and a cart, we managed to achieve this.

As part of our managed service Openhouse get constant help and support from us with their marketing. We maintain their on hold messaging and have been working with Openhouse’s social media accounts and managing their email marketing. Initially, we used these to announce the launch of their new online shop and to promote their money off sales. We have since been constantly pushing out numerous products to both new and existing customers.

Within just a few weeks of their new online shop going live Openhouse saw a number of sales and received a significant return on their investment.
