Call recording wherever you are – even from your mobile

intelligent Call Recording gives you the flexibility to record calls wherever you work. Recordings can be made on either a landline, IP extension or mobile phone , then stored and recalled for reference at any time, without the need for you to purchase and install expensive on-site recording equipment.

How it works

You can record your calls in two ways: ‘On Demand’ or ‘Record All’. The ‘Record All’ setting means all calls are blanket recorded automatically. With recording ‘On Demand’, by simply pressing the star (*) key at any point during a call and the recording will capture the full conversation.
After a call is completed, the recording is converted into an audio file which you can receive via voicemail. You can also store the recording and access it online using the intelligent Call Recording web interface.

Please note that intelligent Number is needed to use the Call Recording service.
