Our On Hold Connect Platform uses IVR technology and offers you the ability to develop a call handling strategy to ensure that every call is handled effectively, delivered to the correct destinations first time with the ability to cater for those calls that would normally be lost or give the engaged tone to your caller.

Calls that are not answered can be passed to ConnectVoiceMail or a Connect Receptionist, messages are sent by text and email.
Identifies which calls are for your business (unique call announce feature) – An announcement before the call is put through (unheard by the caller) will identify if the call is a business or personal call. This is ideal if you have calls routed to your home number in the evening.
Call Record Facility – Means you can record 2 way phone conversations at any time and have the recording delivered via email to your PC (additional cost).
No need for a second telephone line for your business – This is truly a one number solution. Even if you move premises/move countries or if staff leave and take their mobiles with them, by keeping your telephone number customers will still be able to contact your business.

Includes Voicemail to Email facility – All voicemails are routed to your chosen email address with a .wav file attachment. This means a PC equipped with a soundcard & speakers will be able to play back the callers voicemail
Option to add Fax to Email facility – We let you have the contents of the fax immediately via e-mail and SMS (text) it doesn’t matter where you are (out and about, away from your desk etc) you call in/log on when you are free, to pick up the Fax.

Record your own Greetings or Closed Messages – Access from within the Connect Web Desk allows you to record your own greetings & voice signatures using the handset of your telephone.
